Book Description
The first independent assignment of internal inspection for Sam was at a branch, in V********m district (P*****m). The branch offered a mix of experience, rich in variety. To top it all, though in the head quarters, it was the practice to detail the approach route along with the lodging facilities available therein, Sam had some problem in locating the branch, since the name of the place was not in common usage, resulting in landing at the branch at well past 11.00 AM on the first day of the audit (instead of at 09.45 AM). While proceeding in bus in the route, he could observe flocks of sheep and goats being taken for grazing by the village folks, of both sexes – young and old alike, along with a few stretches of green fields here and there.
